Snow Falling on Cedar
What a difference a few days can make! We went from 70° F (21 C) to -1° F (-18 C) in a matter of days, but even cold temps can't chase the feasting waxwings away. Nor can it chase away my need for silly titles either apparently, hah. ;-)))
In any case, this Cedar Waxwing is from a quick handheld grab at lunch this afternoon with my ancient Nikon 300 AF F4 paired with a Kenko 1.4x converter. I also used FP flash to pop the falling snow a bit. I've really been itching to get some snow falling when they were around, so I had to try at lunch when the new weather rolled in. Don't be surprised to see a few more waxwings grace my stream, I just can't get sick of these guys!
