Lilies for Her
Let me just say that the way Nikon implemented live view on the D300 rocks my world for close-up work and still life. For this image I used it to hand focus very precisely zoomed in on the petals and leaves. Not only that, but this mode features a mirror lock-up procedure which helps to reduce blur from the mirror slap. This was shot at ISO 100 (1 EV under 200 ISO setting), and it seems not half bad.
