Echinacea Bee Trap
Bees seem to glue themselves to these echinacea flowers out front of our home, they must really like these blossoms!
Shot Notes: I shot this on the Nikon 24-120 F4 with a Marumi 77mm DHG Macro +3 330 Achromat Close up Lens attached. I wanted to buy the Canon 500D and waited many months for it to come into stock and when it never did I got this one instead. It's very similar to the design of the Canon and seems to perform on a high grade. For lighting, I used natural last light combined with the Nikon R1C1 macro flash system with diffusers attached to the flashes for soft light.
