Here's my first take of the total lunar eclipse we enjoyed on January 31st, 2018. It occurred in the very early morning hours and so it was already getting light out when I took this shot, if anything it might have been even lighter out to the adjusted eye.
For those curious, I used a Nikon 200-500 on my D500. I may come back to share some of the 500 mm closeups, but the atmosphere reduced clarity and we've all seen extreme tele's of a lunar eclipse, heh. Thanks for looking and have a great day! ;-)
