Humming Through Circles of Light
Seeing the numerous hummingbirds at my sister's place has to be one of my favorite treats for when I visit (besides see her and her lovely family of course, heh).
Here's a Broad-tailed Hummingbird, but she also gets quite a few Black-chinned and Rufous, along with a few annual surprise species. Southern Colorado is great!
Shot/strobist details: Shot with 3 remote SB800 flashes being controlled wirelessly via an SU800. 2 SB800s @ 1/128 and 1 SB800@ 1/32 (1 back right, 2 front leftish). ISO 640, 1/200s, f/5.6 on a Nikon D300, Nikon 300F4 paired with a Kenko 1.4x.
