Yep, it's an Anna's Hummingbird enjoying what looks to be some penstemon.

This was taken at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix when I was out there this past spring to cheer on my dad. We were very lucky to get the incredibly high quality of care received and my dad is recovering very well.
