Holiday Snow-bow Globe

I'm a bit late posting a shot of our home for the holidays this year on the account of no snow. That all changed last night, and we're now in a winter wonderland! The rainbow was inspired by all of the actual rainbows I've photographed over our home (see comments for examples and previous year's lights).

Shot Notes: I used a hand-held off-camera flash on 1/4 power or so to pop the falling snow for that authentic snow globe look. I was off-camera right holding the strobe up high. All the Christmas lights are LED and I shot this just after dark to still have some leftover twilight/blue hour to work with. It was a bit hit or miss finding the sweet spot and chilly! ;-)
